Welcome to The Michigan Rescue and Restore Coalition (MIRRC) website.
The Coalition is a group of determined people from all walks of life who are astonished and incensed by the devaluation and dehumanizing of women and children. We want to see change on all fronts. Our mantra is to be a positive and productive part of "Building Bridges, Building Community, Building Hope for Survivors of Human Trafficking."
We want to leave a legacy where we can definitively say we did our part and did it with zeal and passion to help raise awareness as well as educate the public on the road to eradicating trafficking within our state borders.

It is going to take ALL of us working in tandem with whatever we have to put a dent in this criminal act. I want to encourage you to not put your head in the sand, nor close your eyes to what is going on and hope it is happening somewhere else. It is happening in our own back yard! We cannot allow it to fester or go unchecked. We have so many lives depending on the work of this Coalition and others to save the next generation.

We want the state of Michigan to be a beacon of hope, a bastion of defiance against slavery of anyone. We want Michigan to give a resounding NO NOT HERE!! to this type of violation of human rights in our state. So join us!
